Our Classes

We believe that respecting Muay Thai means recognizing it as a sport that is alive and dynamic—as our instructors and students learn, we will bring that knowledge to our classes, so no two classes are the same.

We have a variety of instructors, each of which bring their specific style to their classes.

Schedule

We offer a mixture of fitness, technique, pad work, bag work and voluntary sparring classes.

Classes are usually 75 minutes but may run longer sometimes. The class schedule may also change from time to time!
